How does the monthly coaching subscription work?
Once a month you'll meet with Michelle to follow up on previous plans and actions steps, to discuss your upcoming goals, and to outline a plan of action for the next month.
Monthly coaching plans are billed monthly, on the same day of the month that you originally purchased.
You can unsubscribe from monthly coaching anytime.
If you'd like to skip a month, this is no problem. Let Michelle or one of her team members know and they can put your subscription on "Hold" for as long as you need. -
What if I get all the help I need and I'm ready to cancel my monthly subscription?
No problem! Many coaching clients end up doing 3, 6 or 12 months of coaching depending on their projects and goals. If you've completed your projects or no longer need help, you can unsubscribe from monthly coaching anytime.

What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for Marketing Strategy Sessions that have been completed.
If you signed up for a single session and have not used it yet, and decide you do not need it, please email [email protected] to request a refund.
If you signed up for a monthly coaching subscription, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Please note there are no refunds for sessions that have already been completed as part of a subscription.
