  • What is the refund policy?

    I want you to be thrilled with your decision to join me for Acupuncture Marketing School live. We offer a two week refund policy.

    Because the class is limited to 20 people, we ask that any refund requests are made as soon as possible so that a student from the waitlist can join us before missing too many live sessions.

    If you have questions about the content of the class, the format, the day/time we will meet, or anything else, please email us BEFORE signing up at [email protected]. We’re happy to answer your questions.

  • Does this class come with PDA credits?

    Yes. This course is worth 15 NCCAOM PDA credits in the Professional Enhancement Category.

    It is NOT qualified for California CEUs.

  • When does this class begin and end?

    We will be meeting on Zoom on Friday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for six weeks on the following dates:

  • How long do I have access to the course material?

    It's lifetime access, which means as long as Acupuncture Marketing School exists, you will be able to log in and watch the videos and download the worksheets, as many times as you wish.

    Each live Zoom class will be recorded and uploaded to the course so you can rewatch later on.

  • What if I have questions as we go through the class?

    I'm happy to support you as we go through the six weeks of class together. For questions that arise during class, there will of course be time for questions at the end of every session. For questions that arise between our Friday classes, you're welcome to email me at [email protected].

    The beauty of offering the class live is that we'll be working together closely on the material, and I expect there to be many questions to clarify how to apply the lessons to your unique practice. I look forward to your questions!

  • Does the Live class come with a one-on-one Marketing Strategy Session with Michell!e?

    Yes! As a special bonus, I'm offering every student who enrolls a free 60-Minute Marketing Strategy Session with me.

    During your one-on-one session, we can discuss whatever you find most useful. If you have questions from class and want to discuss them in more detail, or if you want to work together to create a monthly marketing strategy, we can do that.

    I'm generally available Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern time for Marketing Strategy Session calls. However, I can be flexible (usually on Thursdays or Fridays) if Wednesdays do not work for you, or if you're in another time zone.
