  • What is the refund policy?

    I want you to be thrilled with your decision to join me for Acupuncture Marketing School live. We offer a two week refund policy.

    Because the class is limited to 20 people, we ask that any refund requests are made as soon as possible so that a student from the waitlist can join us before missing too many live sessions.

    If you have questions about the content of the class, the format, the day/time we will meet, or anything else, please email us BEFORE signing up at [email protected]. We’re happy to answer your questions.

  • Does this class come with PDA credits?

    For acupuncturists - yes. This course is worth 15 NCCAOM PDA credits in the Professional Enhancement Category.

    It is NOT qualified for California CEUs.

  • When does this class begin and end?

    We will be meeting on Zoom on Fridays from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm for 8 weeks beginning on Friday, Sept. 26th. Our last class will be Friday, Nov. 14th.

    One of the class days is Halloween, Friday, Oct. 31st. If the group decides they would rather skip this day and push the class out by one week, we can do that. We'll discuss once class begins.

    If you can't make all 8 classes live, please don't worry. Replays will be available for every class. And many lessons stand alone. So there's huge benefit in attending as many classes as you can. This is a low-stress program - attend what you can, do what you can, and you'll still see benefit.

  • How long do I have access to the course material?

    You have access for one year, so you will be able to log in and watch the videos and download the worksheets, as many times as you wish during that timeframe.

    Each live Zoom class will be recorded and uploaded to the course so you can rewatch later on.

  • What if I have questions as we go through the class?

    I'm happy to support you as we go through the 8 weeks of class together. For questions that arise during class, there will of course be time for questions at the end of every session. For questions that arise between our Friday classes, you're welcome to email me at [email protected].

    The beauty of offering the class live is that we'll be working together closely on the material, and I expect there to be many questions to clarify how to apply the lessons to your unique practice. I look forward to your questions!
